- Can I sign my Will online in Ottawa?
- Yes. Under Ontario's Succession Law Reform Act (s. 4(3)), a Will can be witnessed by video when at least one witness is a Law Society of Ontario licensee. Tier 2 provides that witness and a second professional witness.
- I live in Gatineau. Can I use this service?

- Do federal pensions and survivor benefits follow my Will?
