- Where do I sign my Will in Markham?
- At our office at 3601 Highway 7 E, Suite 1005, Markham, ON L3R 0M3. You book your Tier 2 appointment after checkout, bring government-issued photo ID, and do not sign anything before you arrive.
- How long does the Markham signing appointment take?
- About 15 minutes for one person and about 25 minutes for a couple signing mirror Wills. Your witnesses and the commissioner are ready when you arrive.
- Can my brother or a friend from the masjid be my witness instead?
- Ontario's Succession Law Reform Act voids a gift to a witness or a witness's spouse, so family members who inherit are a risky choice. Tier 2 provides two independent professional witnesses, which removes that risk entirely.
- Is a Will made online valid in Markham and the rest of Ontario?
