- Do I have to travel to sign my Will if I live in Ajax or Pickering?
- No. You can come to our Markham office, a short drive along Highway 407 or 401, or choose a Tier 2 online video signing and stay home.
- Can I sign online from Whitby or Oshawa?
- Yes. Ontario's Succession Law Reform Act allows a Will to be witnessed by video when one witness is a Law Society of Ontario licensee. Tier 2 includes that licensee witness and remote commissioning of Form 74D.
- We just bought a house in Durham. Do we need mirror Wills?
